Before your changes, at peak, it would take us a week to get all the orders packed and shipped. After your changes, we were done by 1pm the following day.

Our inventory accuracy is the best it has ever been. We have roughly 80,000 to 100,000 pieces of furniture at any given time and, at last check, we only had 14 that were considered LOST.
